Certificates and Documents

The students/applicants desiring any of the following certificates are advised to carefully read the below mentioned instructions.

ISSUE OF CERTIFICATES TO THE STUDENTS

  1. Paperless document request processing facility is available for all the students through their login portal.
  2. Students are advised to submit their request for any certificate through login only. The request for the aforementioned documents through email will not be considered.

How To Apply

  1. Login into your student account at http://www.iiitdm.ac.in
  2. Open the path:
    1.             
    2. Academics             ->       Bonafide Requests (For Bonafide Certificate Requests)

    3.             
    4. Placements             ->       Internship (Bonafide for Internships/Placements)

    5.             
    6. Finance                    ->       Fee Receipt (For Fee Receipts)

    7.             
    8. Student Request   ->     For all other requests


    Fill the form by selecting type of request/document/certificate and submit.

How to Track Document/Certificate

  1. You can view your request status under Student request view
  2. Certificate Request Status(s) and their meaning are:
    1. Submitted: Your request is under process by academic section
    2. Rejected: Request rejected due by after checking eligibility of certificate request submitted by you.
    3. Issued: You can download the certificates from the portal. If you are applied for hard copy (Transcripts) you are advised to collect their certificate from the academic section.
